10 Second Charging for New Battery

Ars Technica has it that a new breakthrough could give new lithium batteries the ability to completely discharge or recharge their energy in approximately the same amount of time as a capacitor.  The same technology could also have the new battery holding a much denser charge, leaving you with more time for your device.
